Order FAQ

  • How to order?
    1. You may order via our online shop, form link, or via DM. You may also refer to our official Carrd page for links.
    2. Settle your payment via your selected MOP within the given deadline.
    4. Send your proof of payment via the link provided in your order confirmation or send us a message via our social media accounts.
    5. For orders with DP as payment term, please settle your remaining balance on or before the given deadline.
    6. Sit back, relax, and wait for your package to arrive in your doorstep!

  • I ordered for Pop-Up event! Is it 100% guaranteed that my items will be purchased?

    We will do our best to purchase your items and update you as soon as we can. Since Pop-up events usually sell limited quantities per day, there might be items that we can't purchase when they sell out early.

    In case we can't purchase your item/s, we will issue a refund.

    If event gifts ended early, we will giveaway another item as replacement (raffle to customers).

  • Will I receive an order confirmation and receipt?
    For orders made in our online shop, you will receive a text message notifying you that we've accepted your order.

    For orders made via forms and DM, we will send you a confirmation message.

    We'll only issue an e-receipt upon your request.

  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Once your order is confirmed and purchased, we can no longer accommodate any changes to your order.

    You can only change the shipping details, before your order arrives in the Philippines, if you decided to have another recipient to receive your order.

  • Can I cancel or refund my order?
    Once you have PLACED your order and we have CONFIRMED, we follow a strictly NO cancellation of orders and all items are non-refundable.

    If you still haven't paid and you decided to cancel your order, we will REQUIRE you to pay 50% of your total order amount. Otherwise, we will post you as BOGUS BUYER or JOY RESERVER.

    We can only cancel and refund your order if the item goes out of stock or discontinued.

    All refunds will NOT include fees paid from payment channels (e.g. Paypal fees, bank transaction fees, etc).

Payment FAQ

  • What are your payment terms?
    1. 50% Down Payment: pay DP for total item price within the given deadline.
    2. Full Payment: pay your order at a discounted price in full (item price only) within the given deadline.

  • What will happen if I don't pay on time?
    After giving you a reminder, if you failed to meet the deadline of your payments, you'll be given a penalty fee of P50 per day.

    If we can't contact you nor receive any reply from you within 2 weeks, you'll be posted as a joy reserver or bogus buyer.

  • What are your available payment methods?
    We accept bank transfer (BDO), GCash, Maya, Credit / Debit card (via Paypal)

  • How do I send my proof of payment?
    You can find the form link in your invoice or order confirmation e-mail, or send it to any of our social media accounts.

  • Do I need to pay other fees aside from my item?
    1. Normal ETA orders (shipped via sea): All prices and quotations are INCLUSIVE of all fees except local shipping fee.
    2. Fast ETA orders (shipped via air): International shipping fee and customs fee (if applicable) will be shouldered by the customer to be quoted once item is onhand.
    3. Local shipping fee: to be quoted once item is onhand for both Normal ETA and Fast ETA orders.

Shipping FAQ

  • What are your shipping terms?
    1. Group Order (Normal ETA shipped via sea): 3-4 weeks from the date of ship out. We will only ship the box once it's full.
    2. Personal (Fast ETA: shipped via air): 1-2 weeks from the date of ship out. We will request to ship your order ASAP once your item/s arrived in our overseas warehouse.

    Note: Please know that delays from shipping couriers is out of our control. However, we will do our best to make sure your orders arrive on time and safely.

  • What is your mode of delivery?
    1. LBC (Pouch and Box): Highly recommended for fragile items. Rates depend on item size and shipping destination.
    2. Gogoxpress (Pouch and Box): Recommended for regular and large sized items. Rates depend on item size and shipping destination.
    3. Lalamove: For same day or next day delivery. Rates depend on item size and shipping destination. (Origin: Sta. Rosa, Laguna)

  • When will i receive my order/s?
    You will receive your order/s within 1-5 days (except holidays and Sundays).

  • Can I request to combine my multiple orders into 1 local shipment?
    You can request to combine your orders from multiple overseas shipments, so we can ship them together at once to save local shipping fee.

  • How long can you can store my items once it's arrived?
    We can store your items for FREE within 2 weeks after we've sent a message that your order is ready for shipment. If you've requested for combined shipment, we will store your items for FREE until your next order has arrived (+ 2 weeks FREE).

    If we have not heard from you after 2 weeks, we will start charging P50/day for storage fee (maximum of 30 days).

  • What happens if I have not claimed my package after 30 days?
    Your order will automatically be forfeited and you will no longer receive your item/s.

  • What if my package got damaged or lost? Will I be refunded or compensated?
    We will not be held liable for any damaged and lost items that happened during shipment. However, compensation will be up for discussion depending on the situation that occurred. For damaged items, please provide an unboxing video (unedited) for proof. Rest assured that we will do our best to accommodate and help you.
