Order FAQ

How to order?
1. Place Your Order: Complete your purchase via our form links or send us a DM with your request.
2. Order Confirmation: Once received, we will reach out to confirm your order details.
3. Secure Payment: Please settle your payment via your chosen method before the provided deadline.
4. Verify Payment: Send a screenshot or copy of your proof of payment so we can process your order.
5. Balance Settlement: For orders with down payment (DP), please settle the remaining balance on or before the due date.
6. Sit Back & Relax: Your package is on its way to your doorstep! We will notify you once it ships.

Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order is confirmed and purchased, we can no longer accommodate any changes to your order.

You can only change the shipping details, before your order arrives in the Philippines, if you decided to have another recipient to receive your order.

Can I cancel or refund my order?
Once we have CONFIRMED your order, we follow a strictly NO cancellation of orders and all items are non-refundable.

If you still haven't paid and you decided to cancel your order, we will REQUIRE you to pay 50% of your total order amount. Otherwise, we will post you as BOGUS BUYER or JOY RESERVER.

We can only cancel and refund your order if the item goes out of stock or discontinued.

All refunds will NOT include fees paid from payment channels (e.g. Paypal fees, bank transaction fees, etc).

For pasabuy request or purchase assistance, what happens if the seller or any reseller I ordered from did not fulfill my order?
If purchasing from resellers: please note that if they DID NOT fulfill your order (meaning they did not ship anything to us), refunds are only possible for ISF and 50% of checkout fee. If they have sent INAUTHENTIC product/s, we won’t be held liable, and NO refunds will be issued. Please make sure you’re purchasing from legit sellers only.

What if my order is marked delivered to your warehouse but it got lost?
In rare instances, a package may be marked as delivered to our warehouse before it is physically received. We will coordinate with the courier to determine the next steps. While we cannot guarantee a refund for lost items, we promise to do our best to help resolve the issue for you.

Payment FAQ

What are your payment terms?
• For new customers: 75% DP or full payment
• Customers with at least 1 successful transaction with us: 65% DP or full payment
• Customers with at least 3 successful transaction with us: 50% DP or full payment

What will happen if I don't pay on or before the given deadline?
After giving you a reminder, if you failed to meet the deadline of your payments, you'll be given a penalty fee of P50 per day.

If we can't contact you nor receive any reply from you within 2 weeks, you'll be posted as a joy reserver or bogus buyer.

What are your available payment methods?
We accept bank transfer (BDO / BPI), GCash, Maya, Credit / Debit card (via Paypal).

How do I send my proof of payment?
Please wait for our order confirmation first. Once it's confirmed, you can reply to us with your proof of payment.

Do I need to pay other fees aside from the total price indicated in my order confirmation?
All prices and quotations are INCLUSIVE of all fees except local shipping fee. This will be settled once your order is onhand.

Shipping FAQ

What are your shipping terms?
We ship our Japan boxes via sea cargo in Normal ETA. Once shipped out from Japan, it takes around 30 - 45 days to arrive in our PH address.

How long does it take before you ship my order to me?
Once our Japan box has been delivered to our PH address, please give us 1 week to unbox and sort the items. We will reach out to you once your order is ready for shipment.

Do you have a shipping schedule?
We only ship once a week every weekend. If you'd like to have your order shipped as soon as possible, you can opt for same-day or next-day delivery via Lalamove (Cut-off is 2PM).

What is your mode of delivery?
1. LBC (Pouch and Box): Highly recommended for fragile items. Rates depend on item size and shipping destination.
2. J&T (Pouch and Box): Recommended for regular and large sized items. Rates depend on item size and shipping destination.
3. Lalamove: For same-day or next-day delivery. Rates depend on item size and shipping destination. (Origin: Sta. Rosa, Laguna)

When will i receive my order?
Once your order have been shipped out, you will receive your order usually within 1-5 days (except holidays and Sundays).

Can I request to combine my multiple orders into 1 local shipment?
Yes! You can request to combine your multiple orders, so we can ship them together at once to save local shipping fee.

How long can you can store my items once it's arrived?
We can store your items for FREE within 2 weeks after we've sent a message that your order is ready for shipment. If you've requested for combined shipment, we will store your items for FREE until your next order has arrived (+ 2 weeks FREE).

If we have not heard from you after 2 weeks, we will start charging P50/day for storage fee (maximum of 30 days).

What happens if I have not claimed my package after 30 days?
Your order will automatically be forfeited and you will no longer receive your item/s.

What if my package got damaged or lost? Will I be refunded or compensated?
We will not be held liable for any damaged and lost items that happened during shipment. However, compensation will be up for discussion depending on the situation that occurred. For damaged items, please provide an unboxing video (unedited) for proof. Rest assured that we will do our best to accommodate and help you.

Address Rental FAQ

How much is your address rental fee?
It's FREE! You just have you pay ₱500 security deposit, which is fully consumable. This will be deducted to your final ISF + LSF once your items are onhand.

How much is your international shipping fee?
You may refer to our international shipping fee rate here to learn more.

Do I need to pay for ISF right away?
No, you just need to pay the security deposit of ₱500. You will settle your final ISF + LSF once your items are onhand.

Are there any other fees I need to know?
Completely no other fees! :)

Can I share your Japan address to my friends?
STRICTLY NO sharing of warehouse address. If your friend would like to avail, they can fill out our form and we will accommodate them.

Do I need to declare the items I ordered that will be delivered to your warehouse?
For every purchase you make, once you have your parcel's tracking number, you can declare your parcel here.

What will happen if I don't declare my parcel?
Undeclared parcels will be posted on our social media accounts. You only have 10 days to claim your parcel before we dispose it.

How will I know if my item has arrived at your warehouse?
We will send you a message for photo proof. If we haven't, you may also check our #ChumiMerchUpdates posts on X to see if your item/s have arrived.

Membership Assistance FAQ

I ordered for membership assistance with kit. Why do you need my login details for the fanclub membership?
For fanclub memberships, it is strictly 1 account = 1 membership + 1 kit. We need to purchase under your account for it to be valid.

Are all my details secured?
Yes! We are NOT storing any of your details and it's only used for membership applications only. You can also opt to create a separate email account for your membership if you'd like to keep things more private.

I don't have an account yet for the membership. Can you help make one for me?
Yes, we can help you create an account for the membership.

I want to purchase my membership with kit on my own. Do you have an address rental I can use?
Unfortunately, we can only provide membership assistance purchase for South Korea memberships. For Japan memberships, we can offer address rental, pasabuy, or purchase assistance.

When will the membership kit be shipped?
Membership kits are usually released within 4 - 5 months after membership application has ended.

Are you affiliated with any of the shops where you applied for membership?
No, we are not affiliated with any of the shops we're purchasing from. We're only offering purchase assistance.
